„Inner Vision“ encompasses joyful practices of breath, imagination, effortless meditation and sound—tools designed to help cultivate an inner universe that serves as a refuge where one can find solace and clarity amidst life’s complexities.

We start with some easy movement, breathe by the virtue of using different techniques, open up our inner imagination and top it off with easy guided meditation.

60 minutes, once a month on Sundays 16:30-17:30 at VVOO - doable for everyone also with no Yoga experience at all.
