Karl comes from the USA. Graduated from Duke University, he is a former competitive swimmer, researcher in dolphin communications, and IT consultant. In 2004, he quit his IT job, sold and gave away his belongings, gave up his Manhattan apartment and focused on learning from great yoga teachers around the world. For the next eight years he traveled around the world with no permanent residence. He has traveled to many countries and learned, practiced and taught yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation. In his yoga classes, trainings, retreats and at festivals, he presents the many benefits of yoga for modern life. Karl's students appreciate his clarity, experience and humor.
