On sunny days this class will be held outdoors on the rooftop of Lowenbraukunst. On bad weather day for now, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified latest 2 hours before the class starts if it will not take place outdoors or not.

In this class we focus on reconnecting with our breath, mind and body to release habitual tension that no longer serves us. Busy-minded people carry around worries, fear, and anxiety, and this class creates a sacred space to let go of these old patterns to become more peaceful and present in our lives. The goal is to create an outlet for stress that enables you to boost your mood, increase your energy, and leave your mat feeling great and ready for the new week ahead.

This class will be taught by a different teacher each weekend, some who have a background in Hatha and others Vinyasa.

Once a registration is made, it can be cancelled via the online reservation system (website order app) at least 4 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations by phone or mail will not be considered.
