This class has a steady focus on Hatha Yoga. We will take our time to explore a wide range of asanas and pranayama techniques. Let go of the limiting beliefs about our body- take a breath and dive into the body's vast dimensions. 

In this class we will work on building and strengthening the foundations of your Hatha Yoga practice. Therefore it is suited for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
