Once a registrations is made, it can be cancelled via the online reservation system (website order app) at least 4 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations by phone or mail will not be considered.

In case of late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from Abo without notification. If the desired class is fully booked, the customer can register online on a waiting list. Moving from the waiting list to the class is possible up to 4 hours before the start of the lesson. The booking on the waiting list is also binding.

The classes can also be attended without prior registration. In this case we recommend that you arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before the start of the class. Soul City cannot guarantee a free place.
