The postures are conveyed in a safe and simple way, focussing on cultivating a balance between strength and flexibility. Basic yoga experience is recommended. Through the passion for movement Julie came across yoga around ten years ago – and she found much more than just movement. Yoga grounds her and let her connect with body, mind and soul. The practice opens up new understandings that enrich her life and let her go deeper.  Julie loves to share this experience with her students. Her classes are powerful, dynamic and refreshing, but they give just as much space for the inner journey. Julie is convinced that movement creates space for stillness, development and growth.  As a student of yoga, Julie is influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. She has completed several teacher trainings (RYT 275hrs & CYT 250hrs), currently she is in an advanced teacher training (RYT +300hrs) with Stephen Thomas. She is also an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach (400hrs). Born and raised in Switzerland, Julie is a nomad at heart. She loves travelling, all the beautiful humas in her life, the scent of pine trees and of the wet earth after rain, to simply be outside, to be on and at the sea. To cherish the live and everything that goes with it.
