This class provides all the physiological benefits of exercise, soothes the nervous system and mind from over-stimulation, and helps practitioners access true peace and insight. The asana portion of the class is conducted slowly, mindfully, and infused with dharmic guidance such as stopping and looking deeply into the nature of the body, appreciating the group of practitioners, observing the miracle of breathing, inviting the bell to sound, and similar awareness practices.

Yoga for Sinah means transformation and touches her deeply in her innermost being. The magic that comes with practicing asanas, pranayamas and mediation fascinates her again and again. The power of regular practice accompanies her daily and helps her to lead a fulfilled life. Iyengar's quote "You can't describe the value of yoga, you have to experience it" therefore speaks to her from the heart. Sinah teaches strong and powerful Hatha flows with the breath always at the centre. Her classes combine the indescribably beautiful traditions with modern athletic methods, providing a balancing effect and a great feeling in the body.

Once a registration is made, it can be cancelled via the online reservation system (website order app) at least 2 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations by phone or mail will not be considered.

In case of late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from Abo without notification. Persons with monthly subscriptions, who register repeatedly but do not show up, lose the right of reservation.

If the desired class is fully booked, the customer can register online on a waiting list. As soon as someone signs out for this class, they will be moved to the available space, which will be notified and confirmed by an automatic e-mail. Moving from the waiting list to the class is possible up to 2 hours before the start of the lesson. The booking on the waiting list is also binding.

The classes can also be attended without prior registration. In this case we recommend that you arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before the start of the class. Soul City cannot guarantee a free place.
