DE: Anusara Yoga ist eine präzis fundierte, physische Hatha Yoga Praxis, welche sich mit einer lebensbejahenden Philosophie verbindet. Es ist ein innovativer, spannender Hatha Yoga Stil, welcher spirituell inspirierend und auch therapeutisch auf physischer Ebene wirksam sein kann. Er basiert auf den “Universal principles of alignment”, welche die fünf Grundprinzipien, der Biomechanik des Körpers optimal nutzen. Das heisst: unsere Anatomie wird dadurch präzise ausgerichtet und das Asana üben leicht und fliessend. Die Klassen dauert 90 Minuten und wird bei normaler Raumtemperatur unterrichtet.
