Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr) I remember very well how I felt after I attended my first Kundalini class. I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. I am also one of the founding members and organizers of the independent art book fair VOLUMES (www.volumeszurich.ch)
