YIN YOGA & SOUNDBATH FUSION

Come relax and rest…this class helps you calm your mind and relaxe your body. A special Yin class that incorporates a longer Savasana accompanied by a gentle sound bath.

For the mind:

In Yin Yoga we hold poses for up to 5 minutes at a time. This 'me' time will give you the opportunity to let your thoughts flow freely or find a meditation in each pose. It also trains the mind to be comfortable with the uncomfortable until it passes.

For the body:

Yin Yoga and sound healing is like taking yourself to a 90-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. We will practice 60 minutes of relaxing Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of healing sounds washing over you.

Cozy clothes are encouraged.
