Welcome to your soft Sunday evening! Closing the week with a pause. Embracing deep stretches, longer holds, time for introverted thoughts.

The aim of this class is to connect with the nourishing and healing nature of stillness and rest, which in this class can be supported by the use of tuning forks & sound elements - if consent is given by the participants. Come as you are, everyone is welcome!

This class is our way to #GiveBack to our Community, making yoga accessible to all with a reduced class price. It is an invitation to come together and share our love of yoga to serve others. 100% of the funds collected with the Community classes are donated to the Yoga Medicine Seva Foundation.

Class registrations can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class start.
In case of late cancellation or no show, the class will be deducted from your current abo.
If the class is fully booked, you can register on the waitlist - if a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will receive a push notification with the option to sign up for the class as per the usual registration process. No class is deducted when signed up on the waitlist.
