In this class we focus on reconnecting with our breath, mind and body to release habitual tension that no longer serves us. Busy-minded people carry around worries, fear, and anxiety, and this classes create a sacred space to let go of these old patterns to become more peaceful and present in our lives. The goal is to create an outlet for stress that enables you to boost your mood, increase your energy, and leave your mat feeling great and ready for the new week ahead.

This class will be taught by a different teacher each weekend, some who have a background in Hatha and others Vinyasa.

This class will take place in a concert hall that is 190m2. To abide by the BAG regulations, we will allocate 15m2 per student, hence we will limit student number to 12 including teacher. No mask are required during practice. We do however, ask you to keep your mask on until you get to your mat. Please note that for now, teachers will avoid touching the students (no-hands on) during the practice and the will remain on their mats. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT

Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.

Once a registrations is made, it can be cancelled via the online reservation system (website order app) at least 2 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations by phone or mail will not be considered.

In case of late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from Abo without notification. Persons with monthly subscriptions, who register repeatedly but do not show up, lose the right of reservation.

If the desired class is fully booked, the customer can register online on a waiting list. As soon as someone signs out for this class, they will be moved to the available space, which will be notified and confirmed by an automatic e-mail. Moving from the waiting list to the class is possible up to 2 hours before the start of the lesson. The booking on the waiting list is also binding.

The classes can also be attended without prior registration. In this case we recommend that you arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before the start of the class. Soul City cannot guarantee a free place.
