Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart. Sitting in a Ceremony is a reminder to slow down, be present, and see yourself and others as you are. It's a safe space to explore your inside, digest emotions, calm your mind, and move from there into life with a clear intention and inspired action.

Every Ceremony will start with Cacao and then slowly lead into a yin journey that will have a specific collective intention. This is a safe and sacred space for you to connect to your heart and embrace your human experience.
