Take an inner journey with us from the comfort of your own home. Roll out your mat in your favorite spot. 4 sessions featuring invigorating yoga and movement to boost strength, circulation, and fitness, plus twists, stretches and inversions with a nice deep relaxation in every session! Enjoy meeting new friends and making new connections with great health-minded people from around the world!

All levels welcome. Everyone is welcome to rest or modify activities as needed.

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).


Karl Straub
Karl comes from the USA. Graduated from Duke University, he is a former competitive swimmer, researcher in dolphin communications, and IT consultant. In 2004, he quit his IT job, sold and gave away his belongings, gave up his Manhattan apartment and focused on learning from great yoga teachers around the world. For the next eight years he traveled around the world without a permanent residence. He has traveled to many countries and learned, practiced and taught yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation. In his yoga classes, trainings, retreats and at festivals, he presents the many benefits of yoga for modern life. Karl's students appreciate his clarity, experience and humor.
