Take an inner journey with us from the comfort of your own home. Roll out your mat in your favorite spot. 4 sessions featuring invigorating yoga and movement to boost strength, circulation, and fitness, plus twists, stretches and inversions with a nice deep relaxation in every session! Enjoy meeting new friends and making new connections with great health-minded people from around the world!

All levels welcome. Everyone is welcome to rest or modify activities as needed.

Bei einigen Streaming Anbietern (z.B. Zoom) ist es möglich, dass sich Teilnehmer:innen gegenseitig sehen können. Es ist aber auch möglich die Kamerafunktion zu deaktivieren. Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.

Über

Karl comes from the USA. Graduated from Duke University, he is a former competitive swimmer, researcher in dolphin communications, and IT consultant. In 2004, he quit his IT job, sold and gave away his belongings, gave up his Manhattan apartment and focused on learning from great yoga teachers around the world. For the next eight years he traveled around the world with no permanent residence. He has traveled to many countries and learned, practiced and taught yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation. In his yoga classes, trainings, retreats and at festivals, he presents the many benefits of yoga for modern life. Karl's students appreciate his clarity, experience and humor.
