Ballet

Have you ever done ballet before as a child and feel like you would like to bring the beauty, music and movement back into your life? We are offering a 60 m ballet class adapted for all ages and levels. Revisit your barre technique to engage and tone the whole body, a complete work out in itself! As we move into the center we focus on coordination, balance, and memory. Some deep stretching will also be incorporated into the end of class. All of this while maintaining a sense of joy and grace that will feed your body and soul. Feel free to do a trial lesson.
