DE: Vinyasa bedeutet wörtlich die dynamische Beziehung zwischen 2 Sachen. Ein Vinyasa ist eine Ableitung des klassischen Sonnengrusses und wird als Bindeglied zwischen den einzelnen Yogaposen eingebaut. So entsteht eine fliessende, atem-fokusierte und fordernde Übungsabfolge. Die Klasse baut Kraft & Flexibilität auf. Alle Levels willkommen. Juicy Vinyasa Klassen werden bei 32-34 Grad abgehalten.

EN: Vinyasa literally means the dynamic relationship between one thing and another. Vinyasas are derived from the sun salutations and act as link in between the yoga poses. The class strengthen the muscles, promote flexibility, balance, endurance, concentration and mindfulness. All levels welcome. Juicy Vinyasa classes are held at 32-34°C.

DE: Buchungen müssen spätestens 1 Stunde vor Kursbeginn storniert werden. Sollte der Wunschkurs ausgebucht sein, kannst Du dich auf eine Online-Warteliste setzen lassen. Wir schicken dann eine E-Mail, falls ein Platz frei wird. Telefonische Stornierungen oder Absagen per E-Mail an unser Studio werden nicht akzeptiert. Bei einer zu späten Absage oder bei Nichterscheinen wird die Klasse ohne weitere Benachrichtigung von Deinem Pass abgezogen.

EN: Bookings have to be canceled latest 1 hour before class. Should your desired class be fully booked, you can place yourself on an online waiting-list. We will send you an email, in case there is a free space. Cancellations by telephone or per email to our studio will not be accepted. If the cancellation is made too late or in case of no-show, the class will be deducted from your pass without further notice.
