Vinyasa Yoga ist ein dynamischer Yogastil, der seine Wurzeln im indischen Ashtanga-Vinyasa System von Shri K. Patthabi Jois hat und in den 80er Jahren weiterentwickelt wurde. Vinyasa Yoga ist herausfordernd, ästhetisch und bewegt. Dieser Yogastil kräftigt und vitalisiert den Körper. Geistige Klarheit stellt sich ein, und allgemeines Wohlbefinden auf jeder Ebene wird angestrebt.

Caroline hat über 17 Jahre klassisches Ballett getanzt und unterrichtet gerne sehr dynamische, fliessende Vinyasa Klassen. Dabei ist ihr die korrekte Ausrichtung der Asanas sehr wichtig. Denn nur wenn man diese von Anfang an korrekt lernt, kann man später einfach darauf aufbauen. Deshalb gibt sie während ihrer Klassen gerne immer mal wieder Korrekturen. Dass du bei Caroline schnell ins Schwitzen kommst ist klar. Jedoch lässt sie Ihre Klasse zum Ende ruhig ausklingen, und spätestens zum Schluss wirst du dich wie frisch nach den Ferien, entspannt und erholt fühlen. Versprochen. Gerne möchte Caroline dich mit ihrer Passion und Begeisterung für Yoga anstecken und allen eine schöne Auszeit auf der Matte ermöglichen. www.gettomat.ch
