Closing with a beautiful integration of soothing sounds, allowing ethereal vibrations to help you relax and leave feeling completely renewed.

Price is CHF 110, if you bring a friend, each pay 100Chf instead of CHF 100 please reach out if you are two, as the system only allows for one booking per person.

As a certified yoga teacher and somatic trauma release facilitator, Erica integrates classical asana, breathwork, and somatic practices in a trauma-informed way that emphasizes safety, curiosity, and self-listening over performance. Her teaching celebrates realness and welcomes every part of you with compassion and courage. Soul City reflects her vision of a nurturing space for honest connection, shared growth, and soulful living.
