About the Workshop:

Sensual aerial chains meet a beginner-friendly approach, with a deep focus on somatics, presence, and intention. We’ll warm up thoroughly, dropping into our body, then approach aerial chains step by step, learning how to manage pressure, grips, and body placement while staying connected to breath and sensation. You’ll learn a selection of shapes and smooth transitions designed to feel controlled and expressive, with an optional advanced spinning introduction for students who feel ready.

What to prepare:

Please eat a light meal 3-4 hours before the workshop and avoid coming to class with a full stomach.Please wear clothing that covers your body (torso, legs & arms).

Requirements: minimum of 6 months experience in pole, aerial or other upper body disciplines like cali, climbing etc. This aerial chains requires a pre-exisitng level of upper body strength.
