Mit Hundetrainerin Nadine Wiederkehr und Yogainstruktorin Sabina Kojasevic

Einfaches Yoga, achtsame Berührungen, sanfte Dehnungen. Entspannung und Bindung zwischen Mensch und Hund. Keine Yoga-Erfahrung nötig – Hund bleibt an der Leine, keine Interaktion zwischen Hunden. Unterricht auf Deutsch und Englisch. Halbprivate Klasse, max. 5 Mensch-Hund-Paare, alle Rassen und Grössen willkommen (ausser läufige Hündinnen). Dog & Yoga – For you and your dog

With dog trainer Nadine Wiederkehr and yoga instructor Sabina Kojasevic

Simple yoga, mindful touch, gentle stretches. Relaxation and bonding between human and dog. No prior yoga experience required – dog stays on leash, no interaction between dogs. Classes in German and English. Semi-private class, maximum 5 human-dog pairs, all breeds and sizes welcome (except dogs in heat). In cooperation with Dog School Hund & Co. / hundundco.ch

Please bring: comfortable clothing, dog blanket, leash, treats and chew stick

Über

Sabina has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her yoga journey began in 2008 with her first class in a yoga studio and has since grown into an ongoing practice. What started as curiosity quickly became a regular and passionate path of learning, exploration, and self-discovery. Through her work in international marketing, she had the opportunity to travel and immerse herself in yoga communities around the world. Along the way, she attended classes, workshops, and teacher trainings abroad, learning from inspiring international teachers who shaped her practice and teaching approach. Over time, her desire to share yoga grew naturally. Today, she loves guiding people on their own journeys, supporting them in reconnecting with themselves and creating space for awareness, presence, and personal experience — both on and off the mat. Her students are her greatest inspiration, and she hopes to offer them a space where they can truly feel and experience yoga.
