Halloween Special: A Ceremony of Prolonged Pleasure - Cacao, Yoga Nidra & Dance Journey

When was the last time you truly felt free, alive, vibrant, and fully enjoying your life and yourself? Well, this special Halloween ceremony is an invitation to step into that please and honor death by being truly alive.

Not only you'll be invited to be playful and creative as you prepare your costume for our special Halloween Ceremony but also go on a powerful, liberating and fun dance journey where you can explore different movements, moods and versions of yourself. Who are you, when you could be curious and expressive about every aspect of yourself?

Before we go on this empowering dance journey, we will be sharing ceremonial cacao together. A plant medicine that will support us in connecting to ourselves, grounding into our bodies, tuning into our hearts, calming our minds and feeling all we need to feel. Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart and here to guide us more towards listening to our intuition and being more present & appreciative in our lives.

After our dance journey, we'll continue the journey deeply inwards with the support of a guided yoga nidra session (laying down guided relaxing meditation). Here you can not only deeply relax and recharge but also set powerful clear intentions directly from the heart.

We'll finish our Ceremony with a final meditation and then there will be tea and snacks served, you can journal, sit in silence or make new friends.

• Everyone is welcome, no experience needed, yoga props are available at the studio. Please bring a big towel or your own mat to cover the studio mat. • Please let me know before booking if you're pregnant, take blood high pressure / heart medication, antidepressants, have epilepsy, physical/mental challenges/limitations and/or are unsure if this is the right practice for you. From there I can tell you what dosage of cacao as well as if the dance/nidra sequence makes sense for your current state or if another one would fit you more.

BOOKING AND INVESTMENT:

• The investment for this Ceremony is CHF 125.- (110.- reduced)
• This Ceremony happens at Yoga Tribe K6 in Wipkingen from 7-9 pm, please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier if you need to change or go to the restroom, if not 5-10 minutes. We recommend you come already in the clothes that you'll be practicing to avoid long waiting times. You might want to bring clothes to change after the dance journey in case you sweat.
• Please note that there is a COVID certificate mandatory by the BAG as this is a DANCING EVENT indoors and you agree to provide all details needed no matter how the regulations change by the government.
