As you settle into stillness on your mat, you’ll be gently guided into a restorative Yoga Nidra — a journey into deep, meditative rest and inner spaciousness. From this softened state, you’ll be immersed in a live soundscape of healing instruments and voice. Layer by layer we will be enhancing the soundscape through live looping, creating a multidimensional and evolving sonic experience.
