Through a gentle, intuitive somatic yoga practice, there is no perfect pose to achieve – only an invitation to listen from within. Each breath becomes an opening, each movement a release, allowing the body to soften, restore and move naturally. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of yoga and supported by the healing resonance of 432 Hz, we explore the profound connection between movement, sound and presence.

With our wireless headphones, every note, every breath and every spoken word becomes deeply personal and immersive.
