Yoga Flow & Yoga Nidra - A Walk On The Beach

Join me for a well-balanced yoga practice. This event is designed to invite ease, calmness, and a spark of joy. We start with yummy stretches in an easy vinyasa flow and then relax in our cozy yoga nidra nests with pillows and blankets. The meditation theme will be “A walk on the beach”, accompanied by alchemy crystal singing bowls for an extra oceanic touch.
