Live in balance with nature at Felsentor. Recharge in this beautiful place high up on car-free Rigi mountain, surrounded by nature with majestic views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps. We start each day silently with the dawn and tea, just the sound of wind in the pines, then we walk a few steps to the beautiful Zendo for sitting and walking meditation. Our typical day includes daily meditation, 2 yoga classes, and 3 x daily delicious vegan/vegetarian meals! 

One of Felsentor`s treasures is its lush and quiet location. We benefit from this healing and restorative opportunity by keeping silence each day from dawn until lunchtime, and again after dinner. Dont worry, you can let your hair down in the afternoons because there is ample free time for you to hike, nap, or relax with a book (Felsentor has a wonderful cosy library) and talk with your new friends. 

All the rooms at Felsentor are lovely with clean wood floors, comfortable beds, and fine details. The entire place is so clean and polished the building itself seems to glow. In addition to the beautiful lodge and dining hall, there is a lovely outdoor cafe, stunning views, and a gorgeous Zen temple exclusively for our group meditation and yoga. Daily Schedule Arrive: first day after 3:30 PM, first group activity is dinner 6:00 pm. Depart: final day around noon.

6:00 wake up, tea 7:00-7:45 meditation 8:00 breakfast (Silent) 9:00-10:00 Samu (meditative work, gardening/kitchen/cleaning/etc.) 10:15-11:45 vinyasa yoga class 12:30 lunch –free time to read, journal, hike, nap, visit Rigi Kaltbad thermal baths (optional) 16:15 gentle and restorative yoga 18:00 dinner 20:00 meditation 20.30-21.30 evening program or free time 21:30 mauna (sacred silence) 22:00 (approx) bedtime
