Abgeleitet von Vinyasa Flow ist dies eine Symbiose aus Tradition und Evolution. Bei Inside Flow wird eine Choreographie mit Asanas aufgebaut, in der jede Atembewegung zu einer Körperbewegung führt. Durch diese anmutigen Sequenzen und einen gleichmässigen Atem, lernst Du den Blick von aussen nach innen zu richten und entwickelst eine tiefe Verbundenheit mit Dir selbst. Du erlebst ein dynamisches, kraftvolles Fliessen, welches gleichzeitig auch noch Deine Kondition verbessert.

Derived from Vinyasa Flow, this is a symbiosis of tradition and evolution. In Inside Flow a choreography is built with asanas, in which each motion of breathing leads to a motion of the body. Through these graceful sequences and steady breathing, you learn to bring your focus from the outside to the inside, and you develop a deep connectedness with yourself. You experience a dynamic, vigorous flow, which simultaneously improves your condition.

Inside Flow is suitable for experienced and advanced practitioners.
