Static Flow & Rotation

Tauche ein in die Welt der fliessenden Bewegungen und Rotationen an der Static Pole. Von Floorshapes über Handstandkombinationen bis zu fliessenden Übergängen in der Luft bietet der Workshop eine Vielzahl von Techniken um die Kunst der fliessenden Bewegungen und Kontrolle um die Pole zu verbessern.

Ab Level Intermediate: Du kennst die Grifftechniken wie Cup Grip, True Grip und Twisted Grip

Dynamics on Spinning Pole

Wunderschöne spinning Shapes werden kombiniert mit dynamischen Übergängen, die auch Regrips beinhalten können. Die Combo kann auf dein Level angepasst werden.

Ab Level Intermediate-Advanced: Du fühlst dich in diversen Grips(normal, cup, twisted Grip...) und überkopf an der Spinning Pole wohl.

Signature Tricks

In diesem Workshop lernst du die einzigartigen Shapes und Tricks von Majo Gomez. Von ihren lieblings bendy bis zu kraftvollen Shapes. Diese Tricks werden hauptsächlich an der Spinning Pole ausgeführt. Die Tricks können auf diverse Levels angepasst werden! So dass von Beginner bis Advanced Polers davon profitieren können!

Static Flow & Rotation

Immerse yourself in the world of flowing movements and rotations on the static pole. From floorshapes and handstand combinations to flowing transitions in the air, the workshop offers a variety of techniques to improve the art of flowing movements and control around the pole.

From Intermediate level: You know the grip techniques such as Cup Grip, True Grip and Twisted Grip

Dynamics on Spinning Pole

Beautiful spinning shapes are combined with dynamic transitions, which can also include regrips. The combo can be customised to your level.

From Intermediate-Advanced level: You feel comfortable in various grips (normal, cup, twisted grip...) and overhead on the spinning pole.

Signature Tricks

In this workshop you will learn the unique shapes and tricks of Majo Gomez. From her favourite bendy to powerful shapes. These tricks are mainly performed on the spinning pole. The tricks can be adapted to different levels! So from beginner to advanced polers can benefit!

All levels (at least 6 months pole experience is an advantage)

María José Gómez ist eine ecuadorianische Pole Artistin, welche 2024 zum ersten Mal in der Schweiz sein wird! Neben einigen Competition Erfahrungen auf der ganzen Welt konnte sie bereits auch viele Erfahrungen als Judge an diversen Wettkämpfen wie Venezuela Pole Sport und Eclipsa Pole Cup (Colombia) sammeln. Sie unterrichtet voller Herzblut und freut sich sehr, ihre Leidenschaft weitergeben zu können! Sie kann auf spanisch und englisch unterrichten.

Die Anmeldung für Workshops ist verbindlich und wird bei Verhinderungen (jeglicher Art) nicht zurückerstattet. Bei einer Abmeldung fallen 100% der Workshop-Gebühren an. Es sei denn, der Platz kann besetzt werden. Es gibt jedoch keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung, Gutschrift oder Übertragung, wenn der Platz nicht besetzt wird. Die Anmeldung ist erst Bestätigt beim Eingang der vollständigen Zahlung.

Bei unzureichender Teilnehmerzahl kann der Workshop vom Veranstalter abgesagt werden. Die Klasse wird in diesem Fall gutgeschrieben.

If the number of participants is insufficient, the workshop can be canceled by the organizer. The class will be refund in this case.
