Increase bliss and conscious connection

Experience a state of joy and bliss as your senses and sound will take you on a mystical experience. With yoga breathing exercises you attain balance between inhalation and exhalation and you will increase stillness of projection in body and mind.

The class will be two hours as Rebecca will start with a yoga dance for releasing emotional blockages and be followed by Andreas who is a skilled certified therapists in mindfulness and breath healing.

This evening is open for all levels. Teaching is in English
