Rocket®️ Yoga Open Classes with David

David is back in Mai and June for his 50h Rocket Yoga Immersion Teacher Training.

He opens up a few spaces for all who want to join and try Rocket Class level I, II and III

The Rocket is a dynamic, energetic practice developed by Larry Schultz in the 80s. It is based on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga series.However, the different with this style is that Rocket removes the hierarchy of postures, giving students control over their own creative process.Rocket Yoga is divided into three series focused on promoting the development of strength and flexibility to consciously stimulate the digestive, respiratory and central nervous systems. The sequences invigorate and strengthen students with advanced postures while still staying accessible through variations and practicing acceptance of your own proccesses. Dive into the history, gain a solid understanding of the sequences, and strengthen or begin your inversions practice.

Friday Mai 5th and Friday Juin 16th: 17:30 -19:00h Rocket I

Saturday Mai 6th and Saturday Juin 17th: 08:00 - 10:00 Rocket II

Sunday Mai 7th and Sunday Juin : 08:00 - 10:00 Rocket III

For those who want to join a full day:

Time: 08:00 - 18:30

Saturday Mai 7th and Sunday Mai 8th open for all levels

Saturday Juin 17th open only for experienced level
