This workshop is designed to answer some of your questions about the theory behind the yoga practice. You will receive an introduction on key topics such as the asana, pranayama and meditation practice, the subtle yoga body and yoga philosophy.

The workshop combines interactive lecturing and Q&A sessions and is suited to any curious mind, no matter your level of yoga practice.
