Saturday Saturday 'Retreat style' practice- a december special with Stephen Thomas

A long morning like we do in a retreat; One hour of Pranayama and Meditation to start the morning. Then a deep Asana practice featuring inversions and backbends and long Savasana. Cleansing and Refreshing.
