Sound x Journaling Journey with Fabienne & Laura 

Join us for an evening of guided inner work, grounding, and reset. 

This Sound & Journaling Journey uses hypnotherapy-inspired meditation to help you step out of old patterns and rewrite the story you tell yourself about yourself. 

Fabienne, a certified Sound immersion facilitator, will guide you through a soothing blend of grounding pranayama and a deeply calming sound journey. Her work with healing frequencies is designed to soften subconscious resistance and cultivate your inner soulspace.

Laura, a therapist and coach who uses journaling and creative writing as tools for self-reflection and connection to the world within, will then lead you through reflective writing prompts to rescript limiting narratives and open yourself up to expansion.

Together, writing and healing frequencies help you release emotional residue and create space for what you truly wish to welcome into your life.  

What to expect:

• Gentle grounding & pranayama
• Journaling session with reflective prompts
• Immersive sound journey with crystal bowls and other instruments
• Time for integration and inner stillness 

Who is this session for? This experience is perfect for anyone seeking clarity, emotional reset, and mindful intention-setting. No previous experience with journaling or sound healing is required. 

What to bring: Your journal and a pen. Comfortable, warm clothing is recommended.
