Arm Balance Workshop with Leonardo

I’m Leo, the founder of dpc yoga and the DPC Academy. After completing my degree in Business Administration and spending several years in private banking in Zurich, I followed my passion for movement and mindfulness. Since 2002, I have been practicing Breaking and continue to actively participate in battles around the world. I have completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and meditation. My experience in the business world, combined with my discipline as an athlete and my passion for yoga, allows me to offer a unique approach. I understand the challenges of modern life and know how to use yoga to reduce stress, recharge energy, and enhance personal performance. I look forward to welcoming you!
