From Spring to Autumn I offer Outdoor Yoga Classes at Belvoirpark or Rieterpark in Zürich Enge. Classes take place 2-4 times a week. Regular classes on Monday and Thursday Morning at 6.45am and Wednesday over lunch time at 12.15pm. And there will be additional classes on beautiful evenings scheduled from time to time.

The classes take only place if it's not raining. But in case of rain you can attend with the same abo the class online via zoom. Please make sure to book yourself in for the online class to access the zoom link.

Please bring your own mat and make sure you're dressed warn enough as it might be quite fresh in the morning.

I am super excited to start the outdoor yoga season and I'm looking forward to practice together, breath in the fresh air and connect to the wonderful nurturing nature.
