20 Hour Breathwork Training by keur

Join this focused 20-hour training to explore the fascinating world of breathwork and the science behind it. One of the most efficient and accessible tools for mental and emotional health, this training blends functional breathing, nervous-system regulation, sports performance, and modern breathing science — offering an experience designed to deepen your understanding, build a sustainable practice, and gently transform how you think, feel, and perform.

About the Method

Our training uses the keur method — breathwork + movement + sound. This approach emphasizes the science of breathing to transform brain and body, support deeper sleep, sharpen focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and access meditative states for healing and release. Breathwork is movement, breathwork is meditation. This dual aspect of physical motion and meditative stillness is central to the training philosophy.

 

Breathwork is a powerful tool for regulating the mind, body, and nervous system — helping you shift from thinking to feeling, from head to body. It supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, offering science-backed techniques for stress and anxiety reduction, enhanced focus, better concentration, energy, sports performance, and personal transformation.

Note: This is a short-format 20-hour training designed for personal development, not a full teacher training. If you are looking for full certification to teach breathwork, we recommend our 80-hour (or longer) teacher training program.

Matthias is a renowned breathwork, movement, and meditation instructor with ten years of international teaching experience and over 10,000 students taught. He has dedicated nearly a decade to studying with leading figures in the emerging fields of breathing, movement, and meditation — reflecting a deep commitment to the craft. Known for his unique ability to build bridges between diverse worlds and environments, Matthias works across both performance-driven and transformation-focused spaces.
