Dieses Vinyasa-Intensivtraining wurde speziell für Yogis entwickelt, die ihr Wissen über die menschliche Anatomie und Physiologie vertiefen, die Sequenzierung und das Timing des Vinyasa-Yoga verstehen, ihre Lehrtechniken verfeinern und ihr Angebot auf ein höheres Niveau heben möchten, indem sie die Lehren aus dem größten Meisterwerk des Yoga, der Bhagavad Gita, einbeziehen.
Das Training findet 2 Tage auf Deutsch und 2 Tage auf Englisch statt.
Aufbauend auf all dem, was Du bisher gelernt hast, bist Du nun bereit, Dein Handwerk zu verfeinern, um fundierte Biomechanik, präzise Handlungsanweisungen, ausgewogene Sequenzen und, wenn Du LehrerIn bist, Deinen Schülern durch klare Anweisungen abwechslungsreiche Kurse, inspirierende Themen und insgesamt solide Lehre über lebensbejahende Erfahrungen zu ermöglichen.

This Vinyasa Intensive training has been specifically designed for yogins who want to deepen their knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, understand Vinyasa yoga sequencing & timing, refine teaching techniques and take their offerings to a higher level by incorporating the teachings from yoga's greatest masterpiece, The Bhagavad Gita.
Building upon everything you’ve learned so far, you’re ready to refine your craft in order to provide your or your students practice with life affirming experiences through clear instruction, sound biomechanics, precise action cues, balanced sequences, well-rounded sequencings, inspiring themes and overall solid teaching.

An avid story teller, philosopher, traveller and mover, Nico has spent much of his life in pursuit of the extra ordinary; from intrepid travels through India, acting stints and a successful yoga studio ownership, he has spent much of his life seeking a way to embrace this life with each breath, one breath at a time. Living life to its fullest potential is to live with vibrancy, adventure and zest. Nico is a 500 hour certified yogi and international trainer who has been teaching yoga since 2003, and is himself committed to never ending the journey of learning. His love for Eastern philosophy, spirituality and anatomy are all weaved skilfully into his teaching; his style is eclectic, drawing on his study with some of the top teachers in Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Yoga and Pilates. Yet grounded in reality, yoga, in his view is not separate from life but rather constitutive of it, and draws from everyday experiences to realize the practice’s potential. By bringing to life the ancient teachings of yoga, Nico's goal is to take you on a powerful transformational journey which will have you seeking the answers to your questions and challenging the way you view your life, inviting you to look inside, to never stop asking the questions and to be brave, to remain open, and to take a chance on yourself. You can find Nico studying at his home in Switzerland, teaching & gardening at Occitania Retreats in the South of France, or travelling to the corners of the globe sharing his teachings in a humble and honest way.
