Join Eli for special functional mobility workshops that bridge modern functional mobility training with yoga, weaving together theory, embodied practice, and breathwork.
1. Welcome Practice: Motion Mastery
17:30-19:00 Friday, June 5
Awaken, release, and move your body with freedom and ease. Motion Mastery is a full-body mobility workshop designed to improve joint range of motion, release unnecessary tension, and build functional, usable strength. Through mobility, functional movement patterns, AF inspired transitions, and anatomy-informed techniques, we’ll explore how your joints are meant to move and how to create real control in both simple and dynamic positions. We’ll cover essential mobility principles: including end-range strength, stability, active flexibility, breath-driven movement, and physio-based approaches for healthy joints. Throughout the workshop, we shift the narrative away from being “loose” and toward being strong, stable, and adaptable in every range you access. Expect practical tools, and a full-body exploration that leaves you feeling more capable, connected, and confident in your movement.
2. Functional Mobility Practice – Shoulders
14:00-15:45 Saturday, June 6
A playful yet deeply functional upper-body reset. In this workshop, we blend mobility, yoga, and physio-informed strength work to release tension, build real joint capacity, and awaken intelligent control through the shoulders, chest, and thoracic spine. Rooted in anatomy and mindful movement, Shouldelicious helps you feel light, open, and powerful; ready to move with ease and confidence. We’ll cover essential mobility principles with a focus on the shoulders: including stability, nerve gliding and physio-based approaches. Throughout the workshop, we shift the narrative away from being “loose” and toward being strong, stable, and adaptable in every range you access. Expect practical tools, and a full-body exploration that leaves you feeling more capable, connected, and confident in your movement. All the things we will do are discussed, layered, integrated and amplified in the afternoon session.
3. Functional Mobility Practice – Hips

A juicy lower-body exploration designed to unlock your hips, stabilise your foundation, and elevate your movement freedom. Through mobility drills, functional movement and flow, breathwork, and anatomically grounded techniques, we dive into hip strength, flexibility, and clear understanding of how your hips can and are meant to move. Hiplicious reconnects you to your base, your balance, and the joy of moving from a stable yet spacious center. We’ll cover essential mobility principles with a focus on the hips: including end-range strength, stability, active flexibility, breath-driven movement, and physio-based approaches for healthy joints.
