Yoga Basics – 4 x 60 min Einsteigerkurs

Du möchtest mit Yoga beginnen und die Grundlagen kennenlernen? In diesem 4-wöchigen Kurs lernst du die wichtigsten Yoga-Haltungen, bewusste Atmung und den Aufbau einer Yogastunde kennen. Schritt für Schritt entwickelst du Kraft, Beweglichkeit und Körperbewusstsein in einer entspannten und unterstützenden Atmosphäre. Nach dem Kurs fühlst du dich sicherer auf der Matte und bist gut vorbereitet für offene Yogaklassen. Ideal für Anfänger und Wiedereinsteiger. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.

Klasse 1 – Grundlagen & Atmung. Die wichtigsten Basis-Haltungen, bewusste Atmung und ein sicherer Einstieg in die Yogapraxis.

Klasse 2 – Sonnengrüsse & Flow. Schritt für Schritt den Sonnengruss kennenlernen und Atem mit Bewegung verbinden.

Klasse 3 – Kraft & Balance. Standhaltungen für Stabilität, Kraft und Gleichgewicht sowie ein besseres Verständnis für Ausrichtung.

Klasse 4 – Die vollständige Yogastunde. Alles Gelernte in einer fliessenden Yogapraxis zusammenführen und mit einer entspannenden Schlussentspannung abrunden.

Yoga Basics – 4 x 60 min Beginner Course

Would you like to start yoga and build a strong foundation? In this 4-week course, you will learn essential yoga postures, conscious breathing techniques, and the basic structure of a yoga class. Step by step, you will develop strength, mobility, and body awareness in a supportive and relaxed environment. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident on the mat and ready to join regular yoga classes. Ideal for beginners and those returning to yoga. No prior experience is required.

Class 1 – Foundations & Breath. Learn the essential yoga postures, conscious breathing, and the fundamentals of a safe and sustainable yoga practice.

Class 2 – Sun Salutation & Flow. Explore the Sun Salutation step by step and learn how to connect breath with movement.

Class 3 – Strength & Balance. Build stability, strength, and balance through foundational standing postures while gaining a better understanding of alignment.

Class 4 – A Complete Yoga Practice. Bring everything together in a flowing yoga class and finish with a deeply relaxing final relaxation.

Über

Sabina has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her yoga journey began in 2008 with her first class in a yoga studio and has since grown into an ongoing practice. What started as curiosity quickly became a regular and passionate path of learning, exploration, and self-discovery. Through her work in international marketing, she had the opportunity to travel and immerse herself in yoga communities around the world. Along the way, she attended classes, workshops, and teacher trainings abroad, learning from inspiring international teachers who shaped her practice and teaching approach. Over time, her desire to share yoga grew naturally. Today, she loves guiding people on their own journeys, supporting them in reconnecting with themselves and creating space for awareness, presence, and personal experience — both on and off the mat. Her students are her greatest inspiration, and she hopes to offer them a space where they can truly feel and experience yoga.
