
Postpartum Journey – Yoga & Recovery after Birth
Have you recently given birth and are looking for a safe and supportive way to return to movement? This course is designed to guide you through a structured and mindful recovery, helping you reconnect with your body and rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you will develop a deeper understanding of your body in its postpartum phase. You’ll learn how to support healing, regain stability, and adapt your yoga practice to meet your individual needs.
This course is for you when:
· You want to combine sound knowledge with targeted practice to consciously strengthen and support your body after pregnancy and childbirth.
· Your baby's birth (whether after a vaginal birth or C-section) was at least 6-8 weeks ago (or you feel uncomfortable with your pelvic floor within the first year after giving birth, e.g. due to incontinence or a feeling of heaviness in the vagina)
· You want to invest in healthy movement patterns and pelvic floor health in the long term.
You will learn how to:
· Restore and strengthen your pelvic floor and core
· Improve posture and overall stability
· Move with more awareness and confidence in your daily life
· Adapt your yoga practice to meet your body’s postpartum needs
Each session integrates theory, functional movement, yoga asana, and moments of rest - supporting both physical healing and mental clarity.

- Building strength, stability, mobilization
- Breathing, relaxation and healthy pressure regulation
- Functional movements, yoga asanas and everyday exercises
- Integratation of pelvic floor and core muscles into your yoga practice
- Birth injuries and consequences of improper strain
- Practical tips to support your postpartum recovery
- Consideration of individual physical conditions
- Handout with theory and video exercises for your personal recovery

· QualiCert-certified: recognised by Swiss health insurance providers, allowing partial reimbursement depending on your insurance plan
