INTEGRATIVE YOGA PRACTICUM WITH AYLIN & RENI

This 50-hour integrative Yoga practicum, conducted by Reni Bickel and Aylin Karadayi, offers a unique exploration of Katonah Yoga within an intimate setting.

We know how big the discrepancy between owning a Teacher Training and starting to teach Yoga is. Thus, here at VVOO, we also teach you how to teach after the Teacher Training.

Designed for those seeking to deepen their teaching skills, the practicum emphasizes observation, dialogue, and the integration of diverse techniques and knowledge from each participant’s professional background. This collaborative approach fosters a rich learning environment where individuals can enhance their yoga practice and teaching methodologies.

Our teaching will be navigated through the lens of Katonah Yoga, meaning we use form, function, fluency for the sake of organic space, personal agency and potency.

We believe that language, metaphors, structure and perspective are essential elements for effectively demonstrating quality teaching.

The practicum serves as a complement to the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training recommended with Mirjam Haymann at VVOO, which lays a solid foundation for aspiring instructors.

Requirements are a minimum of 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (no matter what style) along with at least 10 attended Katonah Yoga classes in advance.

Applications are now being accepted for this transformative training experience, set to commence in the fall of 2025.
