In diesem Jahr lassen wir uns Monat für Monat von der Tierwelt inspirieren. Jedes Tier des Monats bringt seine eigene Energie und Symbolik mit, die uns durch die Jahreszeiten begleitet – von der Ruhe des Eisbären im Januar bis zur Weisheit der Eule im Dezember. Die Bewegungen und Asanas spiegeln die Essenz der Tiere wider: Erdung beim Eisbären, Flexibilität beim Schmetterling oder Balance bei der Krähe. So verbinden wir uns spielerisch mit der Natur und stärken Körper und Geist.
