Ganzheitliche Rückbildung – Yoga für deine neue Lebensphase

Diese Rückbildungs-Yogastunden begleiten dich achtsam durch die Zeit nach der Geburt. Sanfte, fliessende Bewegungen im Flow-Yoga-Stil verbinden sich mit fundiertem Wissen zur körperlichen Regeneration und zum Ankommen im Alltag als Mutter.

Jede Einheit fokussiert ein zentrales Thema wie Beckenboden, tiefe Bauchmuskulatur, Atmung oder den Umgang mit körperlichen Veränderungen. Die Inhalte werden verständlich vermittelt und direkt durch gezielte Übungen, Atemtechniken und Körperwahrnehmung umgesetzt.

Dich erwartet eine ausgewogene Kombination aus Mobilisation, Kräftigung und Entlastung. Auch Nacken, Schultern und Rücken werden gezielt berücksichtigt. Ergänzt wird die Praxis durch alltagsnahe Impulse und Raum für Austausch.

So stärkst du Schritt für Schritt deine Stabilität, findest zurück in deine Mitte und entwickelst ein neues, vertrauensvolles Körpergefühl.

Holistic Postnatal Yoga – For Your New Phase of Life

These postnatal yoga classes support you mindfully through the time after birth. Gentle, flowing movements in a flow yoga style are combined with essential knowledge for physical recovery and settling into everyday life as a mother.

Each session focuses on a key aspect of postnatal recovery, such as pelvic floor activation, rebuilding deep core muscles, supportive breathing, or adapting to physical changes. The content is explained clearly and integrated directly into practice through targeted exercises, breathwork, and body awareness.

You can expect a balanced mix of mobility, strengthening, and release. Areas like the neck, shoulders, and back are also specifically addressed. The practice is complemented by practical tips and space for exchange.

Step by step, you’ll rebuild stability, reconnect with your center, and develop a trusting relationship with your body again.

Über

Rahel has been guiding people through yoga, holistic wellbeing, and mindful living for over ten years. What began as a personal practice grew into a true passion, leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and continue her studies in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health. Alongside her work as a registered nurse, pelvic floor trainer, and lactation consultant, she has spent many years supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. For the past five years, she has been running her own business, offering courses, workshops, and consultations for families. Today, Rahel also leads several international retreats each year. Through her Element Flow Yoga approach, she combines movement, mindfulness, nature, and the wisdom of the five elements. It is a true joy for her to now share her classes at Move Yoga and create a space where people can connect, grow, and feel at home in themselves.

Ausbildung

Certified Yoga Instructor, registered nurse, lactation consultant, and pelvic floor trainer with many years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
