Now, picture that same sense of control and fluidity you experience in a Pilates studio, focusing on aligning each movement with precision and care. You might think these are two separate worlds, but they’re more interconnected than you may realize. Running and Pilates share a common relationship; one enhances your performance in the other, resulting in many benefits that can elevate your athleticism to new heights.
This 75 minute training session is structured so that everyone can benefit – whether you're a beginner, want to get back on track or are already a runner.
15mins Pre-run warm-up on the Reformer
40mins Running (3-5km)
20mins Post-run cool-down, stretching on the reformer
