Eloise has worked at the intersection of creativity and care for almost a decade. As an interdisciplinary artist, creative health researcher, and holistic wellbeing practitioner, she weaves artistry and subtle energetics with sensory, somatic experience to create nourishing containers for inner exploration and transformation. As a DJ and music label co-founder, her practice is deeply rooted in sound. In her recent award-winning research, she explored the bio-psycho-social-spiritual well-being outcomes of deep listening to electronic music, an excavation that inspired and informs SONIC BREATH. This sonic immersion invites you to soften and expand with music and breath to explore the resonance of your own body, to experience sound not as background, but as a pathway, an invocation to connection with self, spirit, the world and each other.
