Open Day – Free Class!

We’re celebrating 1 year of Yoga Nest on May 17th with a full day of free 45-minute classes! Everyone is welcome. Sign up via Eversports so we know you’re coming. You’re invited to support Raise Your Paw, the charity we’re proudly backing—info will be available at the studio (totally optional). We’ll be around all day, and at 12:00 there’ll be cake and snacks. Come say hi!

Family Yoga with Kim

Let’s go on a Yoga adventure together! This playful class is for kids aged 3 to 10, accompanied by an adult—little siblings are welcome too. It’s a lovely way to introduce children to the magic of Yoga while having fun and connecting as a family. We’d love to know the age of your kid(s) when you sign up so we can plan a class that suits everyone!

Kim started her teaching journey back in 2015, after spending several month in India to learn as much as possible about yoga and its traditions. She then continued her learnings in switzerland and is now teaching yoga and facilitating sound healing event. Her passion for learning and sharing brought her to start leading workshops on several topics, mainly sound medicine. Since the birth of her first daughter in 2021 she has been teaching yoga for mamas and baby’s. “I believe every mom should be able to do what she enjoys without worrying about her baby/ child. The mother child bond is very strong. Some mothers will find more peace of mind if their baby is with them. This is why we started the mama circle.” Kim is a passionate and dedicated teacher. She uses her longtime experience and wide knowledge to create a space for you to find what you need. In her classes you can expect a mix of softness and strength. She regularly adds sound healing the her class to allow you to relax even deeper.
