Cancellation is not possible before the 12-month term ends, except in cases of valid health reasons or a family emergency. If no cancellation is submitted before the end of the 12-month term, the membership renews automatically. The special offer rate is valid for the first 12 months of the membership, after which the regular rate applies.

During pregnancy, the membership may be paused for the duration needed, and members are welcome to continue attending regular classes if appropriate. Soasana also offers dedicated pre- and postnatal yoga, available through our separate 5-class and 10-class passes.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in a deduction of 2 days from the end of the membership, to ensure fairness for teachers and other students who may wish to attend.
