DEUTSCH:

• Nur für Frauen.
• Gilt für 12x Klasse deiner Wahl (ausgenommen Pre-/ Postnatal Klassen).
• Gilt für 30 Tage ab der 1. Klasse, die du gebucht hast.
• Du kannst deine 12 Klassen auch in weniger als 30 Tage aufbrauchen und falls du dann eine neue Monatskarte kaufen möchtest, du kannst sie jede Zeit kaufen, du brauchst nicht warten bis die 30 Tage vorbei sind.
• Keine Rückerstattung.
• Voranmeldung für jede einzelne Klasse online über Eversports erforderlich.
• Anmeldefrist: keine. Man kann sich jede Zeit für gewünschte Termine anmelden. Falls eine Klasse ausgebucht ist, es wird als "ausgebucht" in Eversports angezeigt.
• Stornofrist: 12 Stunden vor Klassenbeginn online im Eversports (nicht per Email/ Anruf/ SMS). 
• Kurzfristige Storno. Wir bitten dich online in Eversports zu stornieren auch wenn es weniger als 12 Stunden vor Klassenbeginn ist, weil dann wird der Platz trotzdem frei und andere Kundinnen können es buchen. Falls jemand dann bucht, wir werden deine kurzfristige Storno als rechtzeitige kostenlose Storno betrachten. Zwei notwendige Schritte: online Storno in Eversports und Email an info@pilatesboutique.ch dass du kurzfristig in Eversports storniert hast. Beides ist wichtig. Nur Email zählt nicht weil wir die Spätabsage in Eversports nicht sehen ausser die Kundin macht uns darauf aufmerksam.
• Warteliste. Falls eine Klasse ausgebucht ist, du kannst dich auf Warteliste setzen. Wie werdest du informiert falls ein Platz frei wird? 1) Lade die Eversports App herunter. 2) Das wichtigste: erlaube die Push Benachrichtigungen von Eversports App.  Niemand aus Warteliste wird automatisch für die Klasse angemeldet. Wenn ein Platz frei wird, alle die sich auf Warteliste befinden werden per Push Benachrichtigung auf Smartphone informiert.  Der Platz bekommt die Kundin welche zuerst bucht.
• Bitte mitnehmen: Handtuch, saubere Socken und Wasserflasche. Keine Sportschuhe. Danke!



ENGLISH:

• Women only.
• Valid for 12 classes of your choice (excluding pre-/postnatal classes).
• Valid for 30 days from the 1st class you booked.
• You can also use up your 12 classes in less than 30 days and then if you want to buy a new monthly pass, you can buy it anytime, you don't have to wait until the 30 days are up.
• No refund.
• Reservation required for each individual class online via Eversports.
• Registration deadline: none. You can register any time online in Eversports. If a class is fully booked, it will show as "fully booked" in Eversports.
• Cancellation: up to 12 hours before the class starts online on Eversports (not by email/ call/ SMS).
• Short notice cancellation. If you cancel 12 hours before the class starts, the class will be deducted from you package. However, we kindly ask you to cancel online in Eversports even if it is less than 12 hours before the class starts, because then your spot will get free and other clients can book it. If someone then books it, we will consider it as last minute cancellation and we won't deduct the class from your package. Two necessary steps: please cancel online in Eversports and email to info@pilatesboutique.ch that you canceled in Eversports at short notice. Both is important. Only email doesn't count because per Email the spot in Eversports won't get open for others to book. And we don't see the late cancellation in Eversports unless the client informs us about it.
• The package can be extended for maximum 7 days in case of sickness, accident or vacation.
• Waiting list. If a class is fully booked, you can put yourself on the waiting list. How will you be informed if a place becomes available? 1) Download the Eversports App. 2) Most important: allow push notifications from Eversports App. No one on the waiting list will be automatically registered for the class. If a place becomes available, everyone on the waiting list will be informed via push notification on their smartphone. The spot goes to the client who books first.
• Please bring: a towel, clean socks and a water bottle. No sports shoes. Thank you!
