• Gilt für 5x Klassen deiner Wahl (ausgenommen Pre-/ Postnatal Klassen).
• Gilt für für Schülerinnen und Studentinnen bis 26 Jahre. Du gilst als Studentin bei uns wenn du uns einen gültigen und amtlich anerkannten Ausweis von Schweizer Uni vor Klassenbeginn zeigen kannst. Eine Teilzeit Ausbildung berufsbegleitend oder ausländische Uni wird bei uns nicht anerkannt. Danke! 
• Gilt für 1x Jahr ab Kaufsdatum.
• Gilt nur für das Studio in Basel. Es gilt nicht in @pilatesboutiquezuerich
• Keine Rückerstattung.
• Voranmeldung erforderlich durch eigenen Eversportsprofil. Buchungen per Email, Telefon, Social Media und ähnliches sind nicht möglich.
• Anmeldefrist. Man kann sich frühestens 4 Wochen in voraus oder spätestens eine Sekunde vor Klassenbeginn für gewünschte Termine online durch eigenen Eversportsprofil anmelden. Falls eine Klasse ausgebucht ist, es wird als "ausgebucht" in Eversports angezeigt. 
• Warteliste. Falls eine Klasse ausgebucht ist, du kannst dich auf Warteliste setzen. Wie werdest du informiert falls ein Platz frei wird? 1) Lade die Eversports App herunter. 2) Das wichtigste: erlaube die Push Benachrichtigungen von Eversports App.  Niemand aus Warteliste wird automatisch für die Klasse angemeldet. Wenn ein Platz frei wird, alle die sich auf Warteliste befinden werden per Push Benachrichtigung auf Smartphone informiert.  Der Platz bekommt die Kundin welche zuerst bucht.
• Stornos bis 12 Stunden vor Klassenbeginn sind kostenlos. Klassen welche weniger als 12 Stunden vor Klassenbeginn abgesagt sind, werden völlig verrechnet. Kundinnen müssen selbst Ihre Klassen stornieren durch ihren Eversportsprofil. Es ist nicht möglich per Email, Telefon, Social Media und ähnliches Klassen zu stornieren.
• Bitte mitnehmen: Handtuch, saubere Socken (am besten rutschfeste Socken) und Wasserflasche. Keine Sportschuhe. Danke!
• Achtung! Unsere Klassen sind für dich nicht geeignet, falls du Schmerzen oder Verletzungen hast, du schwanger bist (dafür bieten wir www.babyglowfitness.com online an) oder vor kurzem operiert geworden bist. Neue Mamis dürfen erst 6 Monate nach der Geburt mitmachen und wenn die Rektusdiastase völlig geheilt ist.

• Valid for 5 classes of your choice (excluding pre-/postnatal classes).
• We consider you as a student if you can show us a valid and officially recognized Swiss student ID from a Swiss University before the class starts. We do not recognise you as a student if you study part-time while working (Teilzeit Ausbildung berufsbegleitend) or if you study abroad. Thank you!
• Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Only valid for the studio in Basel. Not valid in @pilatesboutiquezuerich
• No refund.
• Reservation required. Each class must be booked by the client through her Eversports profile. Bookings via email, telephone, social media or similar are not possible.
• Registration deadline. You can book a class online through your own Eversports profile earliest 4 weeks in advance or latest one second before the class starts. If a class is fully booked, it will be displayed as "fully booked" in Eversports.
• Waitlist. If a class is fully booked, you can put yourself on the waitlist. How will you be informed if a spot becomes available? 1) Download the Eversports App. 2) Most important: allow push notifications from Eversports App. No one on the waitlist will be automatically registered for the class. If a spot becomes available, everyone on the waitlist will be informed via push notification on their smartphone. The spot goes to the client who books first.
• Cancelation policy. Cancellations up to 12 hours before the class starts are free of charge. Classes cancelled less than 12 hours before the class starts will be fully charged. Clients must cancel their classes themselves through their Eversports profile. Free of charge cancellations are possible online on Eversports up to 12 hours before the start of the class. It is not possible to cancel classes via email, telephone, social media or similar.
• If you have got injured, become pregnant or have moved from Basel and still have open hours – you are welcome to pass them on to a friend of yours, and she can use up the remaining classes in the same time frame.
• Please bring: a towel, clean socks (preferably sticky socks) and a water bottle. No sports shoes. Thank you!
• Our classes are not suitable for you if you have pain or injuries, are pregnant (we offer www.babyglowfitness.com online) or have recently had an operation. New mothers can only participate 6 months postpartum and after diastasis recti has healed.
