8einhalbelemente Studio features a dedicated and experienced team of instructors, each bringing unique skills and extensive qualifications to their classes.
Iana is a qualified and certified Pilates and Yoga trainer, as well as an emotional balance psychologist. With extensive certifications, including 600 hours as a Fitness Instructor, 1200 hours as a Yoga Trainer, 1000 hours as a Pilates Trainer, and 800 hours in Pilates Low Hammock Training, Iana combines her vast knowledge to offer Yogalates classes. Yogalates merges yoga's flexibility and mindfulness with Pilates' core-strengthening and muscle-toning benefits, enhancing both physical fitness and mental clarity.
Revati is a certified Yoga Instructor (BYV) since 2003, with over two decades of practice and teaching experience. Her teaching philosophy centers around "the Breath of Yoga," emphasizing conscious breathing to connect the body, mind, and spirit. Revati’s sessions focus on holistic well-being through breathwork and mindful movement.
