Sat Naam,
After practicing different yoga styles, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan found me in late 2019 during my travels in the Australian desert. It was love at first sight. The combination of physical and spiritual practice through asana, pranayama, kriya, chanting, and meditation works every layer of my being in a miraculous way.
In 2023, I was blessed to complete my 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India, with the Golden Bridge International Yoga School under the guidance of the great Gurmukh. This was a profound and transformative experience that changed the course of my life dramatically.
My classes are challenging, balancing, and harmonizing for body, mind, and spirit. Together, we move into the space of expansion and growth, dissolving physically and mentally limiting beliefs to experience our full human potential.
I am excited to share and practice self-love and self-care with you. Together, we will explore the transformative power of kundalini yoga and embrace our true selves in a supportive and nurturing environment.
